- Provides instruction for the library’s mobile resources and technology workshop and on other subjects on medical resources as needed.
- Provide one-on-one consultation for faculty and students about the mobile resources and citation managers.
- Provides in-library training for the library staff on citation managers, electronic resources, the library intranet (SharePoint) use, and the library’s chat reference system and social media channels on a regular basis.
- Handles everyday reference questions and literature search requests.
